Ingredients
- 1.5dl homemade mayonaisse
- 0.5dl sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 garlic clove minced in salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
Fat: ~75%
Protein: ~2%
Carbs: ~10%
Method
Just mix all ingredients well together.
To make a light variant, add 1 dl water, 1 tsp xanthan gum & 2 tsp vinegar of choice. Mix well. This should bring fat percentage down to 50%.
