Gluten free hamburger breads

Ingredients

3dl buckwheat flour
0.5dl teff flour
3dl oat flour
1tbsp tapoica starch
1tbsp erithol & stevia mix
1/2tsp salt
3dl coconut milk (5% fat)
2 eggs
2tsp baking powder
50g virgin olive oil

Method

1. mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
2. add luke warm coconut milk, eggs and oil
3. mix well, let sit a bit, and put in a baking oven at 220deg celcius under foil for 20min
